David Beckham arrived at Heathrow Airport in London yesterday. It has been reported that he appeared to be walking with a pronounced limp, as he made his way through the terminal building to a waiting vehicle.
I hope he manages to get some rest and not work too hard on that ankle if he is injured.
I think David is very determined to play regardless of his injury. I hope that if he does play on Wednesday that he gives himself a rest on Friday. He can't please everyone.

He was limping very soon into the match on Saturday night, we didn't think he was going to last long (yet he played the whole match). Between that and all this flying in one week, I would imagine it must be blown up like a balloon right now.
