Friday 13th Introduction For David Beckham

The Los Angeles Galaxy will officially introduce new signing David Beckham on Friday, July 13.

Friday 13th? I am very superstitious and this is NOT a good sign.

After winning the LA Liga title with Real Madrid, David faces a tough time reversing the Galaxy's fortunes.

The club are second from bottom in the six-team Major League Soccer Western Conference. Wow, what a fall from glory. I REALLY don't think they thought this through, what a shame for David to go from a Champion in La Liga to a second from bottom loser in the MLS.

In other news, David's former manager Fabio Capello has been sacked by Real Madrid. There is a view in Spain that he paid the price for pushing David Beckham out the door and frankly I think it serves him right. He should have done all he could to keep David when he had the chance.

Christopher Kane Disses Posh

Hands up who had heard of Christopher Kane prior to Victoria Beckham wearing his designs? Na me neither.

What an ungrateful prick (excuse my language). Victoria is a fashionista, a fashion icon but Christopher Kane begs to differ.

The designer spoke recently at his dismay of seeing Victoria wearing one of his designs: "I couldn't do anything about it, to be honest. She wanted to borrow something, but I said no, so she went out and bought it. I've got nothing against her, but she's not the woman I imagine wearing my dresses. I think more of women like Carine Roitfeld because she's sexy and intelligent. Posh Spice doesn't even get a look-in.

I don't want to sound presumptuous but I've worked too hard for my stuff to be seen on the front of the Sun newspaper," Meow Mr Kane.

Kane does have a soft spot for another celeb, Kylie Minogue. She has been supporting him since he graduated from Central St Martins and he said of the pop princess: "Kylie's great, a proper businesswoman and really smart." So is Posh you idiot.

In my opinion he has based his designs very loosely on the superior talent of Hervé Léger which Victoria is now wearing in preference these days.

Don't you think that it is strange that he is only speaking up now? She wore that dress back in March. I guess because she is no longer endorsing his disgusting designs he is feeling bitter.

David Beckham & Kate Moss To Become God Parents

Actress Davinia Taylor (best friend of Kate Moss) and sports agent Dave Gardner (best friend of David Beckham) had a baby girl Grey on Tuesday.

So when you have high profile best mates it makes choosing god parents easy.

David as a god parent is a good choice, but a cocaine taking model, with a boyfriend who is also known and quite happily admits to taking drugs...not so good.

To be a god parent you need to have morals. I don't think Kate has any.

According to reports, Davinia and Dave "knew as soon as Davinia was pregnant who they wanted for godparents." David, who knows Dave from his days at Manchester United and who was best man at the couple's wedding, will meet the baby on Sunday; Kate visited Davinia in the hospital Wednesday afternoon.

What A Difference 23 Days Makes

On 5 June Victoria wore this Roberto Cavalli corset to the Glamour Awards in London. Now I don't know about you, but I was quite surprised that after wearing the outfit to such a high profile event, that she would wear it to another high profile event. Today she wore the corset again but this time with Chanel trousers instead of hot pants.

Girl Power Is Back And Stronger Than Ever

I watched the press conference today and it was very entertaining. The girls have not lost their sparkle nor their sense of humour.

Geri took center stage answering most of the questions from the press desperate to questions within the 45 minute time-frame.

One reporter from Heat magazine suggested that the five may not be fit enough to perform their dance routines. "You don't look so fit yerself," giggled Mel B. Classic Scary...the whole conference laughed.

When a reporter from the Daily Mail started to ask a question, he was promptly told by Mel C that their story last week referring that the concerts would feature pre-recorded vocals was "s**t". Again good on you Mel C.

There were journalists from all over the world at the conference. A TV reporter from Russia, told the girls he was disappointed that his country had been missed out of the world schedule, was told: "If you invite us, we'll come." This could be a long tour if they take this approach.

When asked about their legendary rows Mel C said, "We used to have our spats, but we were kids then and we’re woman now".

She was then asked why she originally resisted the idea of a reunion, she said: "A girl's allowed to change her mind."

As they will all -barring Mel C- be mothers by the time the tour kicks off Posh was asked if they would have a creche on tour. She said, "We're definitely going to have a huge creche. Our priority is going to be our families. We want to have fun.

"That's one of the many reasons for this, for our children to see what we used to do.. I can be the cool one in the family for once!"

Posh you will always be cool to me.

Asked if they were reforming for the money, Geri responded by saying, "For me it's about celebrating the past, enjoying each other, it's about our fans. It felt the right time -- it's kind of now or never."
