Bookies William Hill are taking 25-1 bets that Kate Winslet will wear a dress from Victoria Beckham's dress collection to the Oscars on Sunday.
Can you imagine how amazing that would be?
I hope she does. One British icon, supporting another.

That would be absoloutly amazing and such a thrill for Victoria. She has already achived a great deal in a short time but this would be a huge step forward in her fashion career. BTW do you have any thoughts or information regarding whether Victoria will be in attendance at the Oscars?
I believe she is going to Elton John's party, but not sure about the Oscars itself.
omg i literally fell of my chair when i saw this.this would be amazing to see and would really make victoria happy.can you imagine if kate winslet wore this to the oscars and won the award for best actress.that would just be mind blowing as she has recieved nominations so many times before but has never won and if she was wearing one of victoria's dresses for that special moment.it would be great that she would be wearing a british designer showing even more pride and victoria would be so proud of herself.even if she doesn't win her wearing a dress by victoria to an event as big as the oscars would be wonderful to add to the sucess of her collection madonna and then kate winslet i am wishing with all my heart that this happens.i hope victoria goes to the oscars and if she does i hope she wears one of her dresses.i agree with your choices they would great on kate.thanks for posting
It would be intresting if she attended the Oscars.But, I dnt think it'll happen. Why would she be invited ! She has no business in that area.

Victoria is not invited to the Oscars, the people who go are elite actors. She is going to Elton John's Oscars party and maybe the toned down Vanity Fair party too. But either way we will get pictures, it will probably be too much to expect an Oscars attendee to wear dVb. I am sure Victoria will wear one of her own dresses, I hope she goes for a long gown and has her hair pinned back.
It would be amazing if Kate wears Victoria's gown at the Oscars. When I saw Victoria's collection I totally imagined Kate Winslet wearing one of her gowns. I can't wait for tomorrow. I bet she'll go for full length, though. Hollywood Blvd. is all getting ready for the Oscars. : )
You might be jumping to conclusions a little early Carol about there being no pictures. Victoria attended both of the Parties you mentioned in 2007 and was due to do the same in 2008 and there were definatly pictures published.
