It seems that it is not only hair styles which Rihanna and Victoria Beckham have in common.
Rihanna wore this Hervé Léger tangerine dress first last year for a Us Weekly photo shoot.
As we know Victoria Beckham wore it on Tuesday night to go out to dinner at Ciprani's.

For me it's sort of 50:50 between both of them. They're both rocking it in different ways and look good with it so it's a hard choice but i'll probably settle for Victoria because of the shoes she wore with it.

rihanna looks natural, victoria looks a little made up and tends to look fake in the picture. so i vote rihanna hands down
Rihanna looks more natural and is curvier (good curvy, not bad) so Im gonna have to say Rihanna
First thing is that I like the hair style on Rihanna better because she has darker hair. Plus, even if I liked Blond hair with it better I'd still say Rihanna because a short hair style with dark roots as long as Victoria's is not so good looking because it makes the hair look dirty. I also think that Rihanna does have a more natural look because even though Victoria's boobs fill out the dress better than Rihanna's, her neck and above her chest you can see how skinny she is. If someone is that skinny with that big of boobs its gonna always make the dresses they wear look more fake. And last of all, idk who said Victoria looks pollished up but manbey if you take a second look you'll realize that that shiny shit is oil from her greasy skinn. Thats fucken nasty. It looks like she needs to wash her face. Unlike Rihanna whos skin is a little more dull making her skinn look soft and smooth. That's all I have to say for these two pictures.
