David Beckham Talks Parties, Goals and Sneakers

In an exclusive interview, David Beckham talked to the Adidas about his favourite parties, goals and trainers...or as he now calls them...sneakers.

The clip also includes behind-the-scenes footage of David and basketball player Kevin Garnett, shot on the set of the excellent new Adidas Originals House Party advert.

When talking about his favourite goals David says, "I’ve been lucky enough in my career to score quite a few important goals and big goals."

"I’m not going to pick one favourite – I’m going to pick a few."

"The penalty against Argentina, that won us the game in the end, meant a lot to me as it wiped away a lot of tough memories."

"The goal for England against Greece that put us through to the World Cup finals was very emotional."

"And the one from the halfway line – I think it was 51 yards, maybe a little bit less – was a goal I tried so many times as a young kid, but to do it at the full level was incredible."

For me his best was his goal against Greece. I still get goosebumps just thinking about it.

It was the 93rd minute, it was at Old Trafford, we needed the goal to qualify. Ahh memories.
