Hi everybody,

I joined some of the best players in the MLS last week to play in the All-Star game in Toronto against West Ham United. It was a great experience and a really good game, which we won 3-2. It was brilliant to play alongside players such as Dwayne De Rosario and Juan Pablo Angel, who have been so successful and are real stars in the MLS.

While we were in Toronto, Jorge Flores from Chivas USA, Jim Brennan of Toronto FC and myself visited a hospital for sick children in support of the MLS W.O.R.K.S programme. It was a very humbling experience to meet many of these children, though it’s always incredible to see the kids’ strength of spirit. I was honoured to be there and I’m pleased that the MLS has set up a programme, which, hopefully, brings a smile to the children’s faces.

On Sunday I was back with the Galaxy for a league match in Texas against Dallas FC. Unfortunately, we didn’t start the game well, couldn’t get going and didn’t deserve to get anything from it. Credit to Dallas, they played incredibly well and were the best team on the day. We’ve a lot to work on, but we need to be positive and go into our next game against San Jose Earthquakes in the right frame of mind. I’m already looking forward to it.

That’s all for now.

Take care,

David

In Victoria's Closet - Balenciaga

As I had said earlier today Victoria Beckham was wearing a Balenciaga dress to Kate Beckinsale's birthday celebrations yesterday.

The Beckhams Attend Kate Beckinsale's Birthday Celebrations

David and Victoria Beckham were just two of the guests invited to Kate Beckinsale's 35th Birthday celebrations at the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills on Friday night.

The other guests were Kate’s hubby Len Wiseman, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, and Dustin Hoffman, who brought his wife Lisa Gottsegen.

Victoria looked beautiful as always wearing a colourful Balenciaga dress with her pink Versace platform heels.

You may remember Victoria wore these pink Versace heels when she went to lunch with her kids at Pink Taco, back in May.

Eva also stood out wearing a yellow dress, but the birthday girl wore a black dress.

Here is a video of the party departing the hotel.

Victoria Beckham On The Cover Of Hello Canada

BIG massive huge thanks to Pierre, who scanned Hello Canada for us all to read Victoria's interview with the publication on her first year in the US.

I know how hard it is to scan in this many pages, so much respect to Pierre for doing this on my behalf.

Yes, pictures are tagged, because unlike me, others don't like to give credit and will upload the pictures to other sites as their own.

A few of you have expressed disappointment at not being able to comment, so commenting for all is now restored.

Who Wore Roland Mouret Better?

OH NO SHE DIDN'T.

Victoria Beckham will ALWAYS be the Queen WAG. None of the other WAGs can compete.

Even though Victoria is in the US, they are STILL copying her style.

Victoria Beckham first wore this stunning primrose yellow RM by Roland Mouret dress to the ESPY Awards a few weeks ago.

Alex Curran is the wife of Liverpool Football Club midfielder Steven Gerrard, wore the same dress today when she attended her husbands graduation ceremony in Liverpool, as he collected his university honorary fellowship for his contribution to sport.

Easy win for Victoria, but I bet she is laughing her ass off at Alex's attempt to copy her style.

Victoria has the better looking husband too.

*WAGs (or Wags) is an acronym used particularly (but by no means exclusively) by the British tabloid press to describe the Wives And Girlfriends of the England national football team. It came into common use during the 2006 World Cup, held in Germany, although it had been used occasionally before that.

In Victoria's Closet - Miu Miu

Victoria Beckham was at the Grove wearing a Pucci dress, but she was also carrying a Miu Miu bag from the Fall 2008 collection.

These bags are not even out yet.

Victoria loves Miu Miu bags, you might remember last season she carried the Harlequin Miu Miu bag. from Spring 2008.

MLS All-Stars Beat West Ham 3-2

David Beckham and his MLS All Star teammates hit the field in Toronto last night for their big game against West Ham United.

If the question was asked who is better the MLS or the Premiership. The MLS team answered by winning 3-2.

David had an assist in the game and of the game he said, "I'd read about the last five years not losing so I was kind of nervous and hoping that we would win. As soon as we started I knew we were capable of winning it because of the quality we've got in the team."

Watching from the stands was Canadian Rachel McAdams.

East End Boy Becks, Looks Forward To Playing East End Team West Ham

Leytonstone-born midfielder, David Beckham is relishing the prospect of tackling West Ham in tonight's MLS All-Star clash in Toronto.

Beckham enjoyed some success against West Ham with Manchester United, scoring five goals in 16 appearances against the Hammers, and he is looking forward to locking horns against the East London club again.

"It is great, being an East End boy playing against West Ham so many times for Manchester United and also scoring against West Ham which didn't go down well with a few friends, but it is always nice to play against a quality team," Beckham told Sky Sports News.

"They are a team that has got some good players and they are working towards the start of the Premiership, so of course it is great to play against good opposition."

"It will be a tough game and we are looking forward to that. You always want to play against good players and good teams and we are against that."

"Any player involved in All-Star games wants to play well and you are always going to come up against a good team, so West Ham are a good team and I am sure they will be running around a lot working on their fitness for the start of Premiership."

"All the players that are here are experienced enough, they are good enough players to realise it will not be a walk in the park."

"It is going to be a tough game and one as an East End boy I am looking forward to."
