Us magazine.com reports that Katie Holmes, Jennifer Lopez, Kate Beckinsale, Eva Longoria Parker and Nicole Richie were all helping Victoria celebrate with a meal out at swanky Cecconi's restaurant.
"There was a lot of laughing and giggling, and, at one point, I saw all of them making a toast and cheering with their glasses," an onlooker told the website.
"After dinner with champagne, the waiter brought over a cake and the ladies sang Happy Birthday to Victoria and she smiled and blew out her candle," the witness added.

Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie?! I didn't know they were all friends. Interesting, I love every one of these ladies individual styles. Well... excluding Jenny from the block.
