David Beckham To Train With AC Milan or Arsenal?

There have been lots of reports today that David Beckham is seeking a move back to Europe in order to prolong his international career.

It has also been reported that David will join AC Milan in January to train with them, - whilst he is on Christmas break from the MLS - and they are going to try and make the move permanent after missing out on him two years ago.

Despite the Beckham's saying that they are very happy in the US, the lure of first team top European football will appeal to Beckham and he would relish the chance of playing in Serie A.

It has also been reported in the Daily Telegraph that David's advisers are in talks with Arsenal about training again with Arsene Wenger's side ahead of the friendly against Germany in Berlin on Nov 19.

If selected, Beckham would equal the 108-cap outfield record of World Cup-winning captain Bobby Moore. He is also interested in joining a Premier League club and is looking to get permission from LA Galaxy.

These stories are not confirmed, but I would not be surprised if any were true.

I doubt he'll be loaned to Milan, he's not gonna leave the family.

Maybe these stories are true. Today Galliani who is vice president of Milan, said to Sky Sport Italia, he has not talked to David, but if he wants to join Milan, the club will be happy to have him in Milan (of course I saw). The European Football is the top in the world .
Ciao from Italy

Would be great if true. With all respect to Galaxy and MLS this league is killing his last carear years. I will be happy to see him playing some watchable football again.

This moving to Milan talk is getting old, it has appeared atleast once a year since 1999.

I bet his level of play would go up markedly by making the move back to a top European club. I'm from the US, so I have to stand behind MLS in hopes that it will continue to improve, but they are just not nearly as good. Putting him on the field with an entire team of world class players would really get him going again.

I have to say i wish this was true.

Its just soo heartbreaking seeing him not being used and not playing on the level.

It KILLS me to see him being used for 10 or even 4 minutes per game,so going to Italy to play for 3 months would be perfect. The kids could get tutors and they can rent an apartment for that short period.

And then he can go back to LAG, seriously this could be good, and i am sure Vic would be willing to go if it meant alot to David.

I hope its true.

i have to admit it would definitely increase his playing time with england. he still is playing good football with the galaxy but its a whole new ball game when your surrounded by other great players. its like in training when your coach tells you the only way your going to get better is if you pick a partner who will actually challenge you in the drills, and i dont think david is being challenged in los angeles.

but at the same time i highly doubt he would leave, as it would ruin his reputation and david sticks to his word.

He's not going to move to another club, only train for a few weeks during the Christmas vacation! It's nothing major.

Obviously he'll train at a London club. He might train at Chelsea this time, whichever club it is it means nothing.

Although i love him here in America, his skills belong in England and Europe.. go on Becks!!

Of course he wants to move back to Europe. American league is the funeral of the players. I was never a fan of Beckham'S football ability, but he deserves much better than the american league.

It was so cool to see him play against the Earthquakes in Oakland in August, but the level of play was just- blah! Europe is the way to go for sure, and it is way cooler over there than LA anyway!!

LA Galaxy actually played better when david wasn't playing. As much as I love him here in the US I would give anything to see him play for Milan or another EURO club.

There are further reports that he will train at AC Milan during December, so if that is the case it's probably so they can spend time on holiday in Italy at the same time.
