According to the The Sun newspaper, David and Victoria have backed out of the house they previously had their heart set on because it is too expensive.
Victoria fell in love with the mansion in Beverly Hills, which is set in acres of land with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, movie room and a two-storey guest house.
Now you must be thinking "David signed one of the most lucrative contracts in sporting history surely they can afford it". Well that is probably the problem. People know they have money and will try to over-price properties in order to take advantage so I am glad they sent a message out to real-estate agents that they are not to be extorted. A source said “They are careful with investments." and so they should be.
