Victoria Beckham To Pose Nude For Marc Jacobs?

As we all know Victoria Beckham has signed a deal to become the face Marc Jacobs' Spring 2008 collection. The surprising news is that he has persuaded her to be photographed naked with the image to be used on a range of his skin cancer charity T-shirts.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Victoria loves Marc's work but she wasn't entirely comfortable with getting naked."

"Marc went all-out to persuade her. And when she heard about what a great cause it was she knew she just couldn't turn it down. The picture she and Marc have chosen is amazing - sexy but tasteful."

Normally I would not believe this type of rumour, but with Marc Jacobs anything is possible.

Victoria will follow in the footsteps of Julianne Moore, Dita Von Teese and Naomi Campbell, who all stripped for Jacobs' T-shirts in 2006.

They raised £30,000 (US$58,000) for the charity and it is hoped Victoria's raunchy effort will match that figure.

The Spice Girls - Behind The Scenes

The Spice Girls are gearing up to launch their much anticipated comeback tour this weekend.

Despite their first gig kicking off in Canada on Sunday, the girls have admitted that the costumes for the show aren't finished yet.


Victoria seems to have her costume ready as she is wearing this metallic Roberto Cavalli corset.

Looks very much like her black Roberto Cavalli corset she wore when the reunion was announced.

For those who believed that Victoria has not had a boob reduction. Please look closely at the photo below.

No tit-tape nor Wonderbra can make breast look like that. She has clearly had a reduction.

15,000 Watch David Beckham Train

David Beckham wowed thousands of Wellington school children today as he trained with his team.

They did laps of the ground at the beginning and end of training, with waves from Beckham - much to the delight of the fans.

The training itself was pretty untaxing with some light stretching and jogging followed by a game of half-paced seven-a-side.

Late in the session when the team took free-kicks, Beckham put his first one onto the bar drawing "oohs" from the crowd.

His second went straight at the goalkeeper prompting "boos", but his third went in to loud cheers and a smile from Beckham himself.

But the highlight for all was when Beckham was handed the microphone at the end of the session.

His thank you to the assembled children was met with rapturous screams.

"We'd just like to say as a team we're very proud to be here," he said.

"We're pleased to have so many children and people watching."

Beckham then left with a final wave amid more deafening cheers and applause.

New Roberto Cavalli Sketches For The Spice Girls

Here is a second sketch by Roberto Cavalli of the Spice Girls wardrobe for the tour.

The first was all silver, this one is more traditional Spice Girls with Geri in her Union Jack dress, Mel B in leopard print, Emma in a cute pink baby doll and Mel C in sexy sports gear.

Victoria's look back then was little black dresses, so Cavalli missed the mark in this picture by giving her a huge black ruffled gown.

David Beckham Parties After Sydney FC Defeat

After losing to Sydney FC David Beckham hung out with assistant coach Cobi Jones, team mates Chris Albright, Peter Vagenas, Chris Klein and two security guards to hot spot Hemmesphere on Wednesday night.

David shouted his friends rounds of drinks, vodka shots and plates of sushi.

Before entering the bar David was forced to strip off his t-shirt and put on a collared shirt to meet the bar's dress code.

Victoria Beckham Bans Her Husband From Her First Spice Girls Show

The much anticipated Spice Girls tour finally kicks off this Sunday in Vancouver, Canada and one person that might be missing from the crowd is David Beckham.

Victoria Beckham can’t quite make up her mind whether she wants her husband there or not.

David Beckham told the Sun: "One minute Victoria is saying she wants me there and then it’s ‘No, don’t come to the first show, as we’ll all be too nervous’."

Aww, how sweet. I understand how she feels though.

He said: "I think I’ll be at the show a couple of days later in San Jose and have the boys with me. And I know Victoria will ring me as soon as the first show ends."

"She says the rehearsals have gone amazingly well."

David Beckham Arrives In New Zealand

No David is not getting too familiar with this woman. David and his team mates were welcomed with a powhiri. David watched the welcoming ceremony respectfully Beckham and appearing spellbound.

David and his team mates should be very honoured to receive a powhiri welcome as it it usually only reserved for special visitors.

David said he was honoured by the welcome. "It is something that no player, and no person, would miss," he said.

He acknowledged that New Zealand was a rugby country and said he had watched the national side do the haka many times on TV.

He added: "I would love to stand in front of the All Blacks and see them do it."

After signing autographs for waiting fans, Beckham headed onto the team bus and to the hotel for a media conference where his attention turned towards Saturday’s upcoming match against the Wellington Phoenix.

Barbara Walters Names The Beckhams As One Of The Most Fasinating People In The World

Victoria and David Beckham will be part of an hour-long ABC News special highlighting some of the year's most prominent names in entertainment, sports, politics and business.

The show is called Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People Of 2007 and will air on Thursday 6 December (10:02-11:00 pm, ET) on ABC.

This will be the first time since....geez I can't remember when ...David and Victoria appeared on a TV interview together. Actually the last few interviews I remember were Parkinsons when she named him 'Golden Balls', 'The Real Beckhams' Documentary and Ali G for Children In Need. Can anyone else think of any other Beckham's interviews?

I hope and pray that the interview does not ask the boring bog standard questions that we will get the same responses.

For example:

"When we first turned up in America, we did not think anyone knew who we were."

"We don't go out that much, we are quiet boring."

"Our kids think that all mummy's are Spice Girls and all daddy's are footballers."

The rumours are true.

Victoria Beckham will be the next face of Marc Jacobs Spring 2008 advertising campaign. The shoot has already taken place with Jacobs’ regular photographer, Juergen Teller.

According a WWD source, Jacobs’ had approached Beckham about modeling his sexy, peekaboo spring collection.

Victoria recently wore a Marc Jacobs Spring 2008 ensemble to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show pink carpet which the majority of us hated.

Jacobs has remarked recently in W, that faces of his campaigns aren’t used for selling items, instead they’re a "intimate moment to with somebody I admire."

With that said I can not wait.

David Beckham Is Blogging From Down Under

Hello from Australia,

I’m really happy to have finally made it over - the people have been amazing and I’ve been made to feel really welcome. I’ve always wanted to visit Australia as well as New Zealand, which I’m off to on Thursday, so it’s a great feeling to be here.

I’m writing this to you the day after our game against Sydney FC. It was disappointing to lose the match even though it was a friendly, as I always want to win, but I was pleased to play the full game and of course, score a goal. I practice free kicks enough, so it’s always a great feeling when they go in.

The atmosphere in the Telstra Stadium was amazing and it was a really entertaining match for the 80,000 fans. We really enjoyed playing, despite the result, and now look forward to the game against Wellington Phoenix on Saturday.

I was a bit worried when I went over on my ankle. I thought it might be the same injury I’d had for Real Madrid on the last day of the season, but I managed to play on and finish the game ok, so thankfully it wasn’t that bad.

This Thursday is also the 2nd anniversary of The David Beckham Academy in the UK. I went along to the Academy last week, and you’ll be able to see my video footage of the day on davidbeckham.com later this week. But as I’m in Australia at the moment I can’t be there on Thursday, so I would just like to say thanks to all the coaches and staff for their hard work over the past two years and also a big thank you to all the children that have visited and enjoyed the Academy.

Promote It Like Becks

When it comes to endorsements and promotion, no one does it quite like David Beckham.

After the loss to Sydney FC yesterday, David spent today launching his new Intimately Night fragrance at a Sydney department store.

Asked about the ankle injury which pained him early in the LA Galaxy's 3-5 loss to Sydney FC, Beckham gave promoters the good news ahead of Saturday's game against the Phoenix.

"It's not too bad - a bit sore but I'll be fine for New Zealand," he said.

David then moved onto the next location to promote the new Motorola Razr. No rest for the wicked.

David and his Galaxy teammates fly to Wellington, New Zealand tomorrow, with a 34,500 sellout predicted at Westpac Stadium on Saturday.

Posh Goes From Perky To Perfect

During New York Fashion Week many of us notice that Victoria's boobs had gotten smaller.

After laying low recently and rehearsing with the Spice Girls, Victoria has resurfaced looking even smaller in the chest area.

Here is a before and after. The picture on the left was only taken a year ago, while the picture on the left was taken last night.

I love Victoria, but I am happier for this change, as she is now more in portion and completes her change back to the original Posh Spice pre-David, pre-boob job(s).

David Beckham Bends It In, But Galaxy Still Lose

David Beckham scored one of his signature free-kicks and received a yellow card as LA Galaxy were beaten 5-3 by Sydney FC in their exhibition match today.

The game was a sell-out, watched by 80,295.

After the game at the post match conference David said, "I was really happy to score tonight because of the amount of fans and the attention that there has been on myself and this game tonight, so I was really pleased to score."

They were concerned halfway through the first period when Sydney's Brendon Santalab slipped into him accidentally, catching Beckham painfully on the ankle.

There was a massive roar when Beckham stood up and limped away to carry on. Another fiery moment in the second half, came after Sydney's Robbie Middleby body checked Beckham.

Beckham, not normally a physical player, was yellow-carded later for a get-square tackle, the crowd and the player laughed when he embraced his opponent in a playful hug.

The Spice Girls made a surprise visit to the studios of Dancing with the Stars to wish Melanie Brown all the best in the final on Monday night.

Suri Cruise Loves The Spice Girls

The Spice Girls had some surprise visitors at rehearsals in LA recently when Hollywood stars Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes along with baby Suri stopped by to wish them luck for the forthcoming tour.

Tom and Katie enjoyed an impromptu audience with the girls and were treated to an exclusive performance, while Suri danced along to the music.

"David and I are great friends with Tom and Katie," Victoria told us afterwards "It was lovely of them to come down to rehearsals, a really nice surprise. Katie has told me before that she used to be a big Spice fan so it was great for her to meet the other girls."

The Spice Girls tour kicks off in Vancouver on Sunday 2 December. Oh my god, that is next week. It came around so quickly.

'Romeo Will Be The Next Timberlake' Says David Beckham

It has been a David Beckham bonanza this weekend and the gift just keeps on giving.

Here is David at the "Foxtel Is Football" Foxtel and FFA hosted party in honour of David Beckham at Cafe Sydney on Monday night.

David's interview with UK television show This Morning was aired today and he said that Romeo is most likely follow his mother into the world of pop.

"Romeo is the performer in our family, he is going to be the next Justin Timberlake, hopefully," said David.

Talking about his wife's upcoming Spice Girl world tour, he said: "Victoria says, “All our boys know what daddy does, he plays football in front of all these people, but they have never seen what mummy used to do” and so that was one of the reasons why she wanted to do it and it will be amazing, all the boys are going to love it."

Becks said that he will be heading home for Christmas.

"We are going to be back in England, I love London, I love being back in England, I love being back in London, it is where I am from and where Victoria is from and Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without being back here," he said.

David Beckham Has A Kick About On Sydney Harbour

After training David Beckham went to the Sydney Harbour to a pontoon set up in the shadows of the landmark Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, where he kicked rugby balls, Australian Rules footballs and soccer balls in an Adidas sponsor's promotion.

Although he had trouble with a couple of kicks with the oval-shaped balls, Beckham showed no signs of the right knee and left ankle injuries that limited his first Major League Soccer season with the Galaxy to just five matches.

David demonstrated his legendary skills alongside the likes of Mark Gasnier and Matt Giteau by kicking balls between special platforms that were constructed for his appearance.

David Beckham Is Fit To Play Tomorrow

David Beckham trained today with his Galaxy team mates at the Telstra Stadium, proving that he is fit and ready to play in tomorrow night’s match against Sydney FC.

David was on the field for the full hour and a half training session taking part in every drill, powering through the same amount of push-ups as the rest of his team, and he didn’t take any shortcuts when running the length of the playing surface.

Galaxy manager Ruud Gullit said, "His fitness is ok. For him his fitness is more about him being able to do the things that he likes to do."

David Beckham Will Reach 100 Caps

David Beckham will win his 100th England cap as the Football Association (FA) use the star's popularity to try to stem a fans' backlash from going out of Euro 2008.

England's first match under their new coach (yet to be decided) is set to be a Wembley friendly against Switzerland on 6 February 2008.

The FA bosses fear there will be a ticket boycott in the wake of England's failure to reach the Euro 2008 Finals.

And they will tell the next England coach that Beckham's name must be on the team sheet.

The game will be marketed as a Beckham tribute night as the LA Galaxy star becomes only the fifth England player ever to reach 100 caps an FA insider said: "With huge repayments to make on the new Wembley, the FA have been banking on the stadium being full for every game. That has been put in jeopardy by the failure to qualify."

"Ensuring Becks gets his 100th cap is a perfect marketing tool for the game."

As usual David Beckham will be used in order for the FA to make money, even though he was treated so badly by them. But in this case everyone will get what they want; David will get his 100 caps and the FA will get a full stadium. Yes, I will be going.

David Beckham Wants To Play 90 Minutes Against Sydney FC

Galaxy's new coach Ruud Gullit, U.S. international Landon Donovan, Sydney coach John Kosmina, captain Tony Popovic and the Australian team's Brazilian midfielder Juninho attended a news conference Sunday morning to talk about the Sydney FC and LA Galaxy exhibition match on Tuesday.

David Beckham says he is close to full fitness and hopes to play the whole 90 minutes.

Football Federation Australia chief executive Ben Buckley has agreed terms with Galaxy officials on a minimum amount of game time for Beckham.

Although the amount of time has not been disclosed local media believe it to be about 55 minutes, barring injury.

David and the Galaxy squad were presented to the crowd during halftime of Sunday evening's A-League match between Sydney and Queensland Roar.

The match on Tuesday at Sydney's Olympic Stadium will be Gullit's first in charge of the Major League Soccer team since being appointed this month. A crowd of 80,000 is expected to attend the game.

Beckham and the Galaxy squad will remain in Australia until Thursday before they head to New Zealand for Saturday's match against the Wellington Phoenix.

David Beckham Lands Down Under

David Beckham arrived in Australia on Sunday to join his LA Galaxy team preparing for the friendly match against A-League side Sydney FC on Tuesday.

Beckham flew in by private jet from China were he was promoting the new Razr phone for Motorola.

"I'm very happy to be here. I've never been to this country before and it's somewhere I've wanted to visit for a long time," the 32-year-old Beckham told a news conference.

"It took me 22 hours to get here, but it's more than worth it."

As David Beckham said in his blog yesterday he stopped over in Beijing, China for the launch of the Motorola Razr2 V8 a luxury mobile handset this morning.



Who knew mobile phones could look so HOT?!

Next David is due to meet up with the Galaxy squad for an exhibition game in Sydney before going go on to New Zealand for another match. Then back to LA.

David Beckham Blogs Before He Leaves London

Hi,

Well, I’m sure you know but unfortunately, England won’t be at Euro 2008. It’s very disappointing for everyone, the players and the fans, and the result hurts, but Croatia deserved their win on the night and I wish them well.

I would still like to play for England in future games. I said at the start of my career I'll always want to play for my country and I'd never retire from playing for my country, so I’d like to continue as long as possible.

I went along to The David Beckham Academy in Greenwich yesterday to help celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the London venue. I can’t believe it’s been two years already! So far we’ve had 40,000 children through the doors of the Academy, 23,000 of those free of charge via the Day Visit programme. It’s always amazing to go along and see the children really enjoying the sport I love, and yesterday was no exception. The year 4 and 5 children were having a great time learning new techniques and skills and of course enjoying how to work as part of a team. I’d also like to say how proud and thankful I am to the coaches and staff for all their hard work.

I was interviewed by Michael Parkinson last night for his final ever show, which airs on the 15th December. He’s a wonderful person and, sadly, it marks the end of an era for one of the UK’s most loved broadcasters. He’ll definitely be missed.

I’m writing this blog at the airport as I’m flying out to Australia today – stopping over in China along the way - to meet up with the Galaxy squad for an exhibition game in Sydney before we go on to New Zealand for another match. It’ll be good to see the team again and meet Ruud Gullit, the new Galaxy head coach. I have to catch my plane now, but I’ll let you know how the matches go.

David Beckham Says Farewell To Parkinson

David Beckham joined Michael Parkinson and a groups of stars for Michael's last ever show.

Michael told the crowd: "I was told to pick a wish list and I put down these names and every single one of them is here."

David Beckham spoke about the humiliating England football defeat as well as his move to LA.

The final show will air in the UK, ITV1 on 15 December, which I will record and post on here.

Sex And The City Producers Still Want Victoria Beckham In The Movie

Victoria Beckham had to turn down a role in Sex And The City: The Movie due to her busy Spice Girl schedule. After her successful guest role in Ugly Betty, (on C4 at 9pm tonight) movie bosses won't take no for an answer, and are so keen to have Victoria on board they're trying frantically to fit her into their filming schedule.

She's due to speak to producers again in the new year after the Spice Girls tour is over.

An on-set source says: "Victoria Beckham is probably one of the biggest fashion icons in the world, so it makes sense to have her in the Sex And The City movie. The show is all about stylish, powerful women, so Victoria will be a natural star."

"The producers are doing everything they can, including moving around filming schedules, to get her on board. They really wanted her to film some scenes before Christmas but she's too busy with the Spice Girls right now."

The movie people and Victoria's people are in talks to get another date in the new year for her to shoot some scenes.

Movie bosses want Victoria, to play herself like in Ugly Betty.

The plan is to shoot a big party scene with Carrie Bradshaw and the other girls - Samantha Jones, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbs - out on the town in New York with Victoria.

The sources says: "Sarah Jessica Parker and the other girls are very excited about the prospect of Victoria Beckham joining the cast."

Roberto Cavalli has unveiled this sketch of his designs for the forthcoming Spice Girls reunion tour. He will be injecting some typically glamorous style.

Baby, Sporty, Scary, Posh and Ginger will take to the stage in a dazzling blaze of silver sparkle, with each girl's outfit tailored to her personality.

Academy Kids Put A Smile On David Beckham's Face

Despite David Beckham's disappointment yesterday, he took time out to pose with a group of children at the David Beckham Football Academy in London today.

The academy is aimed at teaching and inspiring young soccer players, and Beckham visited his school to celebrate its second anniversary.

David Beckham's Interview After England's Defeat

David Beckham was gracious enough to give an interview after the disappointing game.

He states that he sees's that he has a future in the England squad and will not be stepping down, which is good news, the bad news is that Steven McClaren has said the same.

"We were given a second chance but you have to take them. It was handed on a plate to us before the game. So we are disappointed."

99 Caps And Out For David Beckham

Soak it up people, as this may be the last it we ever see David Beckham in an England shirt.

As I made my way to Wembley this Wednesday night I was EXPECTING a win. The hard part had been done I thought, but Croatia were not only a better side than England, they deserved the win. We were terrible and we only looked like scoring and did when Beckham came on in the second half.

It is a great disappointment for a nation that invented football to fail to qualify for next year's European Championship.

We needing only a tie and England allowed two quick goals, in the first half.

After David came on he crossed to Peter Crouch who scored after our penalty to make the game 2-2. But Mladen Petric scored in the 77th minute, giving Croatia a 3-2 victory. I can not believe we could hang on for 13 more minutes.

Devastated. What will us England fans do next summer?

Well done Electra your country did you proud. Shame I can not say the same.

Will David Beckham Play For England Tomorrow Night?

As David Beckham trains with the England squad this morning, many papers are asking if he should play at all tomorrow.

Personally I think there is no man more dedicated to the England cause than David.

He has got us out of so many tricky situations before, and seeing as we have to draw to qualify, if we need a goal, no one is more likely to get that cross in like David Beckham.

England striker Peter Crouch told reporters there is one man he needs to supply him with ammo and that man is David Beckham! Crouchy said, "Most of my goals come from crosses so David is exactly the kind of player I need."

Exactly.

On the plus side if David Beckham is on the bench tomorrow it would be a good thing for me, because my seats are near the bench, so I may be able to get a picture of him or even an autograph. But I would prefer him to play.

Spice Girls Cheer Mel B Onto A Perfect Score

The Spice Girls made another surprise appearance on Dancing With The Stars last night as Mel B received another set of perfect scores for both her routines from the judges.

Fresh from their return to the stage last week, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm were in high spirits as they showed their support for Mel B.

The Spice Girl is now the money favourite to win the competition.

It has been reported that David Beckham will return to Britain for Christmas to care for his dad Ted following his near-fatal heart attack last month.

Ted is still experiencing breathing problems, so David has obtained permission from LA Galaxy to return to England for Christmas and New Year.

A source tells The People, "Ted is still very weak. He's having a lot of trouble with breathing and can't work at the moment."

"David wants to spend most of December and January with his dad to make sure there's no stress which could bring on another heart attack."

"He also wants to give Ted's house a full makeover so it's a comfortable place to live."

David Beckham To Appear On The Last Ever Parkinson

David Beckham will join a list of very well respected guests for Michael Parkinson last ever show.

The list includes two Sirs, Sir Michael Caine and Sir David Attenborough and two Dames Dame Judi Dench and Dame Edna Everage, so David is in great company.

Parkinson described his final studio line-up as a collection of "friends who have made a particular contribution" to his long-running chat show - 30 years.

The final show will air on ITV1 on 15 December.

Victoria Beckham took her kids to dinner in Beverly Hills Friday night.

Romeo (or Cruz, can't tell from the back) was obviously tired, so Spice mum carried him back to the car.

Brooklyn is turning out to be a gentleman, just like his dad, because he carried mummy's red Birkin.

On Saturday night at Nobu London, David Beckham was spotting leaving after having dinner with Victoria's mother Jackie.

Israel's Win Keeps David Beckham's 100 Caps Dream Alive

Israel's win over Russia yesterday means that England have to only draw their game on Wednesday night for England to qualify for Euro 2008.

Israel's win also means that David Beckham is now likely to become only the fifth Englishman to win 100 caps for his country.

Before the Israel game, David insisted he is more concerned with England's Euro 2008 fate than his possible personal failure to reach 100 international caps.

David is currently on 98 caps, Wednesday's game will take him to 99 caps.

I know it is a team game, but deep down inside the 100 caps has got to be on his mind. No?

Victoria Beckham was invited to join Carrie Bradshaw and rest of the Sex and the City girls on the big screen, but will not be able to appear in the movie due to scheduling issues.

"I got asked to be in the Sex and the City film, which I would have loved to have done, but because I am in full-on Spice Girls rehearsal mode, unfortunately, I can't do it," says Victoria.

I am crying inside. She would have been perfect and I would have loved to have seen what outfits Patricia Fields would have put her in.

Patricia Fields recently said in an OK magazine interview, "I love Victoria Beckham's style. She enjoys clothing and she knows how to work a look, so i take my hat off to her - she's definitely a fashion icon!

Is Roberto Cavalli designing the Spice Girls wardrobe or is he just giving them previous collections?

Geri Halliwell wore this Spring 2004 Roberto Cavalli beaded dress, which was also recreated for his H&M collection. In 2004 Britney Spears wore the same dress to NRJ Music Awards in Cannes and Scarlett Johansson also wore the dress in 2004 to the Brit Awards.


Emma Bunton wore this Fall 2002 Roberto Cavalli beaded dress that Britney Spears also wore to Sanremo Festival 2002 in Italy.

I am sure Roberto will have some original pieces for the tour.

David Beckham Assists England's Only Goal

David Beckham's corner kick was headed into the goal by Peter Crouch in the 44th minute on Friday night as England beat Austria 1-0 in an exhibition game.

David returned after missing four England matches due to a knee injury sustained while playing for the Galaxy. It was the 98th international appearance for the former England captain. He started the game but was subbed in the 62nd minute.

For England to have a realistic chance of qualifying for next summer's 16-nation tournament, Israel must get a tie or victory on Saturday against visiting Russia.

Hi everyone,

Well, it’s been quite a busy week for me.

The Galaxy played another friendly against Minnesota last week which we drew 1-1 but eventually won on penalties. It was a great game and I managed to get more minutes under my belt and build up my match fitness ahead of the England games.

I have been training with the England team this week. It is always good to be home and it’s been great to see all the England lads again and work hard for the friendly against Austria on Friday and of course, the important Euro 2008 qualifier against Croatia next Wednesday. Obviously, we need results elsewhere to go our way before the Croatia game, but we’re confident that we can get the right result next Wednesday.

I’d also like to welcome Ruud Gullit to LA Galaxy as the new manager of the club. Ruud was one of the world’s greatest players, winning almost everything in the game and also managing some of the biggest clubs in England, including Chelsea. I’m sure he’ll bring class, experience and a tactical know-how to the club and I’m really looking forward to working with him, starting with the Galaxy’s tour to Australia and New Zealand later this month. I’m also really pleased that Cobi Jones has been made Ruud’s number two. He’s a great guy who knows the club and the league inside out and will make a great Assistant Coach.

The Spice Girls Sexy Victoria Secret's Performance

I am so excited I can hardly contain myself.

The Spice Girls dressed as sexy wartime sirens, in clingy satin frocks and stilettos for their debut performance last night at the Kodak Theatre or the Victoria Secret's fashion Show.

It was the first time the Spices have performed together since their break-up ten years ago.

And they certainly gave the audience a night to remember with two glamorous costume changes as they performed new song 'Headlines' and Spice Girls favourite 'Stop'.

All the performance costumes were designed by Roberto Cavalli, but when Victoria was on the red...pink carpet she was wearing an outfit by her other designer pal Marc Jacobs.



I love the sequence of pictures of Posh. You can just visualize her singing..."Stop right now, thank you very much, I need somebody with a human touch.."

So very cute.

David Beckham Gets £20m To Advertise Pants

On Monday I revealed that David Beckham had been signed as the face of Emporio Aramni. It is now official that he has signed a £20 million deal to become the new global ambassador of fashion house Giorgio Armani.

The LA Galaxy star will front a new underwear campaign in a series of billboard and fashion magazine adverts from the start of next year.

The three-year deal, in which Beckham, 32, will receive an annual fee plus royalties, is unprecedented for any sportsman and will cement his status as the world's best paid footballer.

It is Beckham's first formal clothing contract and part of an overall strategy by his management company 19 Entertainment to maximise his earnings during the final few years of his playing career.

The Armani deal came about after the former England captain's contracts with Vodafone and Gillette both came to an end this year, but he still has deals with Adidas, Pepsi, Motorola and perfume maker Coty.

The Armani adverts, described by one source as "stylish and sexy", were shot last Friday in LA by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

A spokeswoman for Giorgio Armani said: "I can confirm David Beckham will be appearing in the Emporio Armani Spring 2008 underwear campaign."

If this campaign is anything like Freddie Ljungberg's Calvin Klein's very sexy campaign, I will be a VERY happy woman.

David Beckham Trains With England

WooHoo, David Beckham is back training with England and looking as hot as ever.

These pictures are from his training session today at England/Arsenal's London Colney Training Ground today in preparation for the friendly matches against Austria on Friday and the European 2008 qualification game against Croatia on Wednesday 21st November (which I am going to).

He seems happy to be back training with the England team and according to The Times, David has been officially offered by Arsenal, a base to train during MLS close season.

LA Galaxy have ruled out a loan to an English club but would not object to Beckham keeping fit, provided that he is available for the American club’s exhibition matches over the next couple of months.

Training in the UK will depend on whether England qualify for Euro 2008.

Victoria Beckham Blogs Via The Spice Girls Website

Hi everyone,

I’m currently sat in our rehearsal studio and I am about to have another fitting with the Cavalli team for our costumes. The other girls will kill me if I give anything away and I don’t want to ruin any surprises… but they look amazing! Roberto and his team have done us proud.

Rehearsals are going really well, I can’t believe that there are only a few weeks until the first show in Vancouver. It’s really scary but exciting at the same time. David and the boys have been laughing at me because I’ve been wandering around the house listening to my iPod and practising the routines. We are including some parts of the old routines but bringing them up to date a bit.

All of the kids have been down to rehearsals. We have an area where they all hang out… its a Spice creche! My boys are so excited about the tour, they can’t wait and I’m really looking forward to them seeing me up on stage. I just hope I don’t get over emotional when I see them!

Ugly Betty was shown over here in the US on Friday, I had such a laugh filming it. If you’re in the UK then you will be able to see the episode on Channel 4 at 9pm on Friday 23 November.

This week is a really busy one for us because not only are we rehearsing for the tour but we are going to be performing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Thursday. Friday is BBC Children In Need day in the UK and we will performing from LA. We will be doing two songs, our new single Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) and also Stop – which is going to look fantastic. I can’t give too much away but it’s definitely going to be worth watching.

We’ve just had a break for lunch and now we’re going to rehearse with our band… and I’m holding things up to write this blog so I’d better go soon!

20,000 Watch Beckham Play In The "Copa Minnesota"

Fans Welcome David Beckham To Minnesota

David Beckham and his teammates arrived in Minnesota yesterday ahead of the inaugural Copa Minnesota at 5:30 pm (local time) today against the Minnesota Thunder at the Metrodome.

Here is a video of David's arrival. The cute kids were told that David would not stop to sign autographs, but being the true star that he is, he did stop, and make those kids day. (everyday I ♥ him more and more).

While the Thunder are trying to promote what they hope will be an annual event bringing in top competition for the Copa Cup, this game has been all about Beckham since it was announced last spring.

The game was originally scheduled for a month ago, but Beckham sprained his right knee in August and needed six weeks of recovery and rehabilitation.

The Thunder usually play to a crowd of 3,500, but an estimated 35,000 fans will be at the Sunday game. That is the power of Brand Beckham. No wonder they moved this game.

Spice Girls New Sexy Photoshoot

These new pictures are from the Spice Girls official tour programme and have been released today ahead of their Greatest Hits album release tomorrow.

All the girls look fabulous, especially Geri and Victoria, but I am tired of seeing Mel B in a bra.

Despite the fab video and these sexy pictures, Headlines only entered the UK chart at number 20, which must be a bitter blow for the girls.

I guess the girls were too busy to be in the room all together, because they all look photoshopped into the top picture.

New Galaxy Coach Ruud Gullit Will Encourage David Beckham To Play For England

New LA Galaxy coach Ruud Gullit has told BBC Sport he will not stand in the way of David Beckham continuing his international career.

Gullit said: "If David believes he has to play for the national team then I will encourage him."

"If the England coach thinks he needs him, then he has to go."

David will travel to Vienna for England's friendly on Friday, face Croatia on 21 November before travelling to Australia (27 November) and New Zealand (30 November) for showpiece games with the Galaxy.

Ruud has a bit of an ego and has not been particularly successful for the clubs he has managed, so I do not think this is the best thing for the Galaxy. I just hope he does not use David as a scapegoat when/if things go wrong, like most managers do.

Those of you in the US would have seen Victoria Beckham on Ugly Betty already, but we are yet to see it in the UK as it does not air until 21 Nov (E4) 23 Nov (C4).


From what I have read Victoria is very good and does not mind poking fun at her image as she aims to steal the show from bride Wilhelmina and takes center stage.

Wilhelmina is jealous that her assistants dashed to Posh's side, cooing over her sense of style.

And when she saw her maid of honour, Victoria getting more TV coverage than her before the big day it was the final straw.

Wilhelmina locked the Spice Girl in a hotel room while she headed to her wedding ceremony.

When it is shown in the UK I will try to download it for the rest of you.

David Beckham Recalled For The England

As expected David Beckham has been recalled to the England squad for the friendly against Austria on Friday, 16 November and the Euro 2008 qualifier against Croatia on Wednesday, 21 November (I am going to this game).

David has 97 caps and having confirmed his fitness to Steve McClaren during the coach's trip to LA last weekend, these 2 games will take him to 99 caps. However, should England fail to reach next summer's finals David could find himself surplus to requirements by the time they head into a planned February friendly with Switzerland, as he would not have played any competitive football since the Croatia game on 21 November, which would be just over 2 months.

Lets hope England qualifies and David reaches 100 caps.

David Beckham Attracts 48,172 For An Exhibition Match

Hubba hubba...I think I have died and gone to heaven.

A lucky 48,172 saw David Beckham and the LA Galaxy play the Vancouver Whitecaps and draw 0-0 in an exhibition soccer game at BC Place Stadium.

David only played 72 mins, which will no doubt please England boss Steve McClaren, who will no doubt recall David to the England squad tomorrow.

UPDATE: The LA Galaxy have now confirmed that Ruud Gullit is the Galaxy's new coach. The Galaxy have scheduled a news conference at the Home Depot Center stadium on Friday to introduced the 45-year-old Dutchman.

For those who don't know about football, Ruud (pronounced: Rude) was a very successful player at AC Milan, Sampdoria and Chelsea. He managed Chelsea, Newcastle United and Feyenoord before becoming a commentator with the BBC then Sky Sports.

The Miller family got more than a new home on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, they also got something extra – a meeting with David Beckham.

10-year-old son, Dakota had been forced to quit sports due to the fact that Radon, the poisonous gas that had infected the family's original house, had caused him to wheeze severely.

David cheered him up with a a scholarship to his Los Angeles-based soccer academy.

I love the part were the kid says "I was speechless, but I was screaming inside", after he met David.

Kid, even at my age I would be exactly the same.

Victoria Beckham is always slated for her fashion sense in the press, but UK retailer Marks & Spencer's have proved that her fashion savvy is as powerful as ever.

Marks and Spencer have reported that her purchase of the black leather dress, shown above, has boosted their sales by 11.5%, and are describing it as "the hit of the season".

Almost 30% of the first order was sold via the M&S website before they could even get the dresses onto the shop floor, and it's been selling out ever since - all thanks to Victoria, apparently, who ordered a size 8 and had to have it taken in to fit her.

David Beckham Blog Update

Hi there,

Thanks to everybody (I think he means you Ruby) for coming along to the charity game between the Galaxy and Hollywood United on Sunday – a lot of money was raised to help those affected by the wildfires in California, a very worthy cause I’m sure you’ll agree.

LA Galaxy also have our first post season friendly against Vancouver Whitecaps on Thursday, followed by another game against Minnesota Thunder on Sunday, which is great for me because obviously I’ve missed some of the season, and I love playing soccer regardless of the occasion. It’s nice to be out on the pitch again, and with the England games coming up, getting into top condition is something I’m keen to achieve, so I shall be working hard.

Speaking of which, I had a chat with Steve McClaren over the weekend. We were discussing how things are coming along for me here in LA. It was good to catch up with him, and with the England matches coming up, its important that the coach knows I’m available and fit should he decide to pick me for the fixtures against Austria and Croatia.

The Beckhams Dinner Date

After the charity match yesterday, David and Victoria Beckham went out for dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills. I love seeing my favourite couple together. I wish we could see more couple pictures.

In the picture she appears to be concentrating very hard. Did she have a little to drink with her steak?

Victoria looks beautiful as always in a black lace mini dress with her favourite Givenchy heels.

Apparently Victoria has been told to put on weight ahead of the Spice Girls reunion tour.

Victoria is often criticised for being too thin, and has been ordered to eat five meals a day amid concerns that she will be unable to handle the band's busy schedule.

A source told the Daily Mail: "She is terrified of putting on a single pound and has had to be talked into increasing her food intake. It would be very embarrassing for her if she collapses or gets ill because she's too weak."

David Beckham Scores 2 In Charity Match

In front of England manager Steve McClaren, David Beckham scored 2 goals in the LA Galaxy Charity match against Hollywood United. The end result was Galaxy 12 Hollywood United 4.

Steve McClaren has been heavily criticized for flying to LA to see David Beckham in a charity game. It has been branded a "farcical" waste of time.

The Football Association told BBC Sport McClaren's visit was nothing out of the ordinary.

"Steve checks on the availability and fitness of all his players - it was a routine trip," said an FA spokesman.

In other news Frank Yallop has resigned as coach of the Galaxy after enduring a tough time this season.

Frank was constantly under the spotlight after the arrival of Becks in the summer.

But the England star's impact was limited because of injuries and Galaxy’s season fizzled out as they failed to make the play-offs.

Yallop is understood to have left to return to coach San Jose Earthquakes.

WWD.com reported last week that Victoria Beckham was approached by Marc Jacobs and asked to model his sexy, peekaboo spring collection.

Today it has been reported that she has already shot the campaign.

A source said: "He asked her to star in his spring/summer ad campaign."

"She was over the moon."

Not as much as I am to see her in the campaign. Marc Jacobs Advertising Campaigns are usually eccentric and quirky, which suits Victoria sense of humour, so this should be a great campaign.

It has been a week of firsts.

A first look at the video 'Headlines' by the Spice Girls, the first time Victoria has worn trainers in public, and now the first time we have seen Victoria wearing sweats.

Yesterday she left rehearsals with the Spice Girls wearing a article of clothing we are not used to seeing her in, a sweatshirt. I bet she could not wait to get home to wear Chanel. :)

David Beckham's Interview In Arena Magazine

I have scanned David Beckham's interview in Arena magazine for those who are interested.

You will/may be surprised to know that it is actually David Beckham who purchased all Victoria's Hermes bags. In the interview he says, "I love giving presents more than buying things. I love buying my wife handbags and jewellery. I just got her a bag from Hermes, a thin brownish-beige one. And I bought her all the Kelly bags and all the Birkins."

I fall more and MORE in love with this man every day. He IS the most perfect man, husband, and father. I hope I find a man who will buy me that many Birkin's and Kelly's.

Mr & Mrs Bling

We all know Victoria Beckham always sports a huge diamond ring on her finger that would feed a small third world country. Now it looks like Mr Beckham is giving Mrs Beckham a run for her money in the bling stakes.

Last night at the Lions For Lambs Premiere, we finally got a close up of David's wedding ring. It is gorgeous 3 tiered gold ring, with enough bling to blind you.

As usual Victoria is very funny throughout the interview, but I do feel like I have heard it all before.

I love the end where they give a fan tickets to the London concert, plus flights, accommodation to London and a camera. Jealous?? much?? Yes. Mostly because she got to hug Victoria.

David Beckham At The LA Premiere Of 'Lions For Lambs'

This is something we are not used to seeing David Beckham on the red carpet.

Last night he attended best friend Tom Cruise's LA premiere of 'Lions For Lambs'. Now I would have thought this would be a great event for both David AND Victoria to attend, but Victoria was not there.

Why? Is it because she is no longer friends with Katie, like have been predicting all week? Well according to a few of you, I am wrong because of course they are still best friends, so I guess she was too busy looking after the children.

I must say I am very disappointed in what David is wearing. He on the red carpet, in the company of 2 Oscar winners, and the best he could do is wear jeans and a untucked in shirt.

He looks hot, but this attire is just wrong for this event.

Spice Girls Video Debut Tomorrow

Here are some stills from the Spice Girls new video "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)".

NBC has just announced that the Spice Girls will debut their new music video on TODAYshow.com exclusively tomorrow at 4 p.m.

The song is also set to be broadcast in the UK on Friday, but unfortunately I can not as yet find any details of when and where, which is really annoying.

The broadcast launches the run-up to Children in Need Night on 16 November, when the group perform the song live.


Headlines is available for download from Monday and in the shops on 19 November.

Profits raised from single sales of the song will go to Children in Need.

Victoria Beckham On The Ellen DeGeneres Show Preview

Victoria Beckham Wear Trainers (Sneakers) SHOCKER!!!

Victoria Beckham recorded her appearance on Ellen's show yesterday. The shocking thing was she swapped shoes with Ellen. Yes Victoria in trainers (sneakers), the girl who once said she ALWAYS wears heels, even her trainers at the Dodgers game had a wedge.

Here are some extracts from her interview with Ellen:

On making new pals in her LA neighborhood: “We’ve met some really nice friends. Eva Longoria has been really sweet. When I first moved here, I didn’t know anybody. She went with me to get my nails done, my hair done…” (Ellen then interrupts, “You could have called me; I’ll show you all that stuff. Anytime. Any kind of girly thing.”)

(Notice how she does not even mention Katie Holmes, and they were friends long before her and Longoria)

On her kids leading relatively normal lives: “It must be really weird for the kids. They go to a really lovely school on fantastic grounds. They do their thing. They’re normal little boys. I go to work, do what I do, and David does what he does. I think that they think all mommies are Spice Girls and all daddies play soccer. That’s just the way they were taught.”

On her sons’ aspirations: “Brooklyn and Cruz, the oldest and the smallest, want to play soccer. Romeo wants to go on the stage. He thinks he’s the next Justin Timberlake. He sings for everybody; he dances.”

On her love for having a daughter: “It would be great. It would finish the family off to have a little girl, I think, but I have a big tour coming up and I don’t want to get pregnant!”

On not working out and staying fit: “I don’t [work out] because I can’t get my head around what to wear at the gym I don’t do anything. I’m running around after three kids and they play soccer. They just . . . throw footballs at me and I just stand from left to right and that kind of keeps me fit.”

On her son Brooklyn liking RUBBERS: “I took him to school and he met his teacher. His teacher was trying to relax him and said, ‘Brooklyn, you know, what do you like?’ and he said, ‘Soccer!’ She said, ‘Do you collect anything?’ He said, ‘Yes, I collect rubbers.’” (Audience laughs and Posh explains, “In England, a rubber is an eraser.”)

Eva Longoria Talks About Victoria Beckham

In a recent interview with Elle Magazine, Eva Longoria talks about Victoria Beckham. She says, "She's so frickin' funny! And I have such an appreciation for her style."

"She represents womanhood – being a mum, being a wife and still being fabulous. That's inspiring to me. I hope to be as dedicated to my husband and children as she is."

I guess they are still friends then.
