David & Victoria Beckham Return To LA

The Beckhams returned to LA today after spending a few days in London to be by the side of Ted Beckham.

Earlier today the England star reportedly spent more than three hours with his 59-year-old father who was said to be "doing well" following life-saving open heart surgery after he suffered a massive coronary last Wednesday.

I would have thought David would have left after his dad was out of hospital, but I guess he is doing well enough for him to return to LA.

I hope the two men have patched up their differences and begin to heal their relationship fully.

Ted Must Be Better As The Beckhams Dine At Nobu

You guys know I love the Beckhams, I really do.

But I must say I was very surprised when I saw these photos of David and Victoria Beckham leaving Nobu restaurant after having dinner their with family in London on Saturday night.

The reason I am surprised is because of the choice of restaurant?

Both Nobu restaurants have paparazzi camped outside, I know because I have been to both of them.

I know Ted is now better, but could they have not dined elsewhere?

Just asking. (I know you guys will slaughter me for this, and call me a hypocrite)

Victoria looks very tired the poor girl.

David & Victoria Visit Ted Beckham In Hospital

Victoria Beckham was finally reunited with David in London today.

The couple were seen arriving at the London Chest Hospital together at around 11am this morning to visit David’s sick father.

The pair spent two-and-a-half hours with the football star's father, who is now said to be "conscious and talking" two days after suffering a heart attack.

They eventually left together in David's Bentley.

A hospital spokesman said Ted Beckham was still in a stable condition this morning after receiving treatment at the unit.

But David's spokesman, Simon Oliviera, added: "Ted is conscious and talking, and that's a positive step."

Almost Home

Victoria Beckham arrived at France's Charles de Gaulle Airport at 4am this morning.

She then dashed to a waiting private jet at nearby Le Bourget airport to fly to London to be at David's side.

What a great woman.

Many of you will not know that Victoria and Ted do not get on, and this is one of the reasons David and his father's relationship became strained.

David's dad, Ted's condition today is described as stable.

Victoria Beckham Cancels Work Commitments To Be By David's Side

David has landed in London this afternoon were he was driven directly to the London Chest Hospital in Bethnal Green, where his father is recovering from surgery.



A rep for Beckham released this statement: "His priority is to see his dad and that is his first concern."


Victoria Beckham canceled her cosmetic range launch few hours before it was due to start, to fly home to support her husband David.



There were a lot of people in her Japanese organization not happy, because she canceled within hours (UPDATE: some are reporting minutes) of the launch as they believed she could still do the launch then catch the next flight to London.

I am glad she did cancel. I was really worried that the launch would go ahead. But as always Victoria puts her family first.

David Beckham's Dad Suffers A Heart Attack

A tearful David Beckham last night made a dramatic dash back to Britain after his father suffered a a near-fatal heart attack.

David was clearly upset as he was photographed arriving at Los Angeles International Airport to catch the evening flight to London.

Carrying a small holdall, Beckham, who plays for LA Galaxy, refused to answer questions as he bypassed the check-in desk and headed for airport security.

"He was wearing sunglasses but you could tell he had been crying," one eyewitness said.

"He had red marks around his eyes and was clearly in a hurry."

The dash to London followed the sudden heart attack by Ted Beckham, who "died" on the way to Whipp's Cross hospital in East London and had to be revived by paramedics.

David arrived at the LA airport at about 5pm and hurried through the departures terminal.

When one reporter told the footballer he was sorry to hear the sad news, Beckham's bodyguard answered: "Show some respect."

Beckham rushed straight to airport security without checking in.

It was not thought that Victoria would come with him.

A hospital source said that as Mr Beckham was being brought in, he "flatlined" - his heart stopped beating - and had to be brought back to life by paramedics.

Ted had a tense relationship with the David after he wrote a book in 2005 about David's rise to fame.

But earlier this year, the pair were reconciled when David paid a surprise visit to the 1930s terrace house where David grew up and where Ted now lives since his divorce from his wife Sandra in 2002.

I wish Ted a speedy recovery, as I am sure you all do.

I know I say this a lot, but I really do believe this move to LA is cursed. There is one bad thing after another happening. I hope things settle down for the family soon.

Today we will get to see Victoria's new cosmetic range launched in Tokyo.

She filmed this cute (short) commercial inviting fans to join her for her launch.


Here is a sneak peek into what we can expect. Blushers, eye-shadows, mascaras, eyeliners, lipgloss and lip-liners, all with the dvb logo.


I love the colours in this collection, as I see Victoria Beckham wearing them.

There is nothing I hate more than a celebrity not "buying what they are selling"...if you catch my drift.

These promo photos were obvious shot pre-blonde, pre-move to LA.

Victoria Beckham Out Sells David Beckham's Fragrance

The new fragrance, Intimately Beckham, developed by Victoria and David Beckham, has been selling very well in the US after only two weeks, according to Coty Beauty, so discard the Ebay rumours of poor sales. (this is why I don't post like to post rumours).

Sales of the fragrance are among the top 10 in their accounts.

Not that they are competing, but the "for her" developed by Victoria Beckham is outselling "for him" by David Beckham, at a rate of two to one.

Oh....David must be so jealous.

David Beckham Parties With Team Mates At Hyde

David Beckham went out with his team mates to Hollywood hotspot Hyde last night. According to X17 Online it's the crime of the century. They are trying to assume that "While the cat is away, the mice will play", which is total bull crap.

Is the man not entitled to live his life? Since his injury we have hardly seen him out.

This night out was most likely a team bonding exercise or a congratulations on their recent win.

Why do people always assume the worst?

David Beckham was seen running from designer store Ron Herman today after a spot of shopping.

Why was he running?

Was he...

....running from the paparazzi?

...autograph hunters?

...trying not to not spoil a surprise in the bag for Mrs Beckham?

Today she arrived at Narita International Airport in Tokyo ahead of promoting her cosmetics range.

Victoria Beckham Flys Out Of LAX.But Where Is She Going?

Victoria Beckham arrived at LAX airport yesterday wearing a gorgeous Roberto Cavalli jacket, her own brand jeans (I love the way she is advertising them with her hand in her pocket), and carrying her favoured black Hermes.

Where is she going?

That is the big question. She is wearing her 'long haul hat', which indicates she is going overseas rather than across the country. So what are the options?

Milan Fashion Week. I did not think she would go, but after her dinner with Roberto Cavalli in New York during Fashion Week, this becomes a possibility. Roberto Cavalli's show is on Wednesday so this makes sense to give her time to rest from jet-lag. I would also expect her to attend Chanel's show at Paris Fashion Week the following week.

Asia. Maybe to promote her fashion and fragrance collection. I hope not as it is hard to get candids from Asia, but she is yet to go there to promote her collection and she is huge there.

It looks like we will just have to wait it out.

The Sun newspaper is reporting that Victoria's tattoo is just a transfer, to see if she wants to have the tattoo done for real, but this sound a bit juvenile if you ask me. She has had tattoos before and it is not like it's her first time.

Beckham Watches Galaxy Win

Since David Beckham has not been playing for the Galaxy, I must admit I have not been looking out for their results, as I have been basking in the glory of my team - Arsenal - who are currently top of the UK Premiership table. But a sighting of David is always worth looking out for.

The Galaxy played FC Dallas at the Home Depot Center and came back - for the first time this season- from a goal down to win the game 2-1. Chris Klein scored the winning goal. I won't bore those who only came for the pictures of Becks with the details.

Pussycat Posh?

There have been many rumours circulating all weekend, and again today about Victoria Beckham joining the Pussycat Dolls for an on stage performance. These one off performances have been done by many other stars such as Carmen Electra, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. shank, shank, and former shank.

According to this rumour she is doing this to boost her profile in the US.

I don't know about you, but I don't believe this story.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it is not like this show would be broadcast across America, so how could it boost her profile? I think if Victoria really wants/needs to boost her profile an appearance on Oprah or The Ellen Show would serve a better purpose, than dancing around in her underwear in some sweaty club.

These gorgeous pictures are of Victoria and David Beckham going for dinner at Mirabelle on Sunset Boulevard over the weekend. (David's mum was also there as she was in the background of one of the pictures.

Victoria is wearing sexy beige dress with a Louis Vuitton box purse, while David looked gorgeous (as always) in his navy suit.

I hate to diss my girl but, her hair needs a little assistance.

On Thursday Victoria Beckham was leaving a fitting for Ugly Betty when this photos was taken.

Victoria will player herself as a celebrity bridesmaid at the wedding of Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa Williams) and Bradford Meade (Alan Dale) during the upcoming season of Ugly Betty.

Here she is channeling a sailor chic look wearing a stripey cropped cardigan, a navy tank top, white jeans, a pair of white Christian Louboutin slingbacks and of course one of her many Hermes bags.

I actually got a message from someone telling me to leave Chanelle alone, as she is a fan like me.

The Beckhams Watch Justin Timberlake In Concert

David and Victoria Beckham watched Justin Timberlake in concert from private box at the Staple Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

Unfortunately, the Beckham's had their limos pick them up in the basement, so these are the only pictures we will get from the show as only Big Pictures were at the event.

I am so glad I was not at this concert, I would have spent all that money to watch JT, but would have spent the whole time watching the Beckhams.

How is everyone? Good, I hope…

I popped down to my LA Academy on Saturday to watch the children being put through their paces by the coaches. This Saturday’s group were particularly special as they were from LA’s Best, which is an after school enrichment programme that works towards better education for children with the greatest needs and fewest resources throughout the city of Los Angeles, so we were really pleased to have them at the Academy for the day.

I took part in a question and answer session and had some photos taken with the kids at the end of the day, which was really good fun. It’s always great to see children enjoying soccer whatever their ability.

I was happy to see the England team win both their recent Euro qualifiers 3-0. They were really important matches, but the team came through them strongly.

I must also say well done to the England women’s team who qualified for the quarterfinals of the World Cup. The squad, features Casey Stoney, who is one of my Academy coaches in London. At both the Academies, we have always encouraged girls as well as boys, to take part. We have had thousands of girls come through the doors and I am always impressed by, not only their ability, but their enthusiasm for the game. I am pleased women’s football is finally getting the recognition it deserves. So the best of luck to them in the quarterfinals.

David Beckham: 'Life Of An Icon' DVD

David Beckham has a new DVD called ‘David Beckham: Life of an Icon’. It is currently available in the UK and will be available in the US on the 6th November.

For some reason the US cover of the DVD does not have the St. George's flag which appears on the UK cover. I am sure you US David Beckham fans wouldn't mind a bit of UK pride.

The DVD brings David’s amazing story right up to date to feature his shining moments from 2007, including being voted Britain’s Greatest Ambassador, the closing of his final season with Real Madrid and being recalled to the England team for the key World Cup qualifying matches.

Personally I think this DVD is slightly premature. I think it should have been release after he reached the elusive 100 caps.

In English football only Peter Shilton, Bobby Moore, Bobby Charlton and William Wright have over 100 caps. Once David reaches 100, then he can really be considered an Icon.

David Beckham looks super hot and extra cool as he steps out in LA to get an iced coffee.

David was suited as he went to watch LA Galaxy lose (yes again), to The Houston Dynamo 3-1.

That is 7 losses out of 8 games played, which leaves Galaxy bottom of their groups table. Ouch!

Victoria and David Beckham Dine At Nobu

Normally we always see Victoria and David Beckham arriving or leaving a restaurant via a car or jeep. Yesterday night they dined at Nobu in LA and for once we got to see what fabulous outfit Victoria is wearing, but for once it wasn't so fabulous.

Sorry. I don't know what you think, but I do not like this outfit. Yes, it is colourful which I have been hoping for since she was wearing a lot of black, but the shape is too boxy and does nothing for her figure.

She is carrying another Hermes Kelly Lizard Pochette, this time in green to match her dress. Her outfit is completed with her Lanvin heels.

Someone Was Having A Bad Day

When Victoria Beckham arrived back in LAX on Wednesday she look perfect as always. Unlike most of us who will suffer from bed hair or red eyes from lack of sleep due to a baby on the plane ruining our shut eye.

We should be thankful we don't have photographer's there to capture us at that moment.

On arrival at LAX not only did a gust of wind reveal that Victoria's revived 'Pob' is aided with hair extensions, the poor thing had spilled something on her dress and a strap broke on her Jimmy Choo's.

What is a girl to do?

Does she girl get upset or cause a Mariah Carey type diva tantrum? Nope, she just keeps on walking. Class.

Are Victoria Beckham And Jennifer Lopez Still Friends?

There have been reports that the friendship between Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez no longer exists. This may be just tabloid tales, but I have often wondered if they are still indeed friends.

I first wondered when Jennifer did not attend the Beckham's 'Welcome To LA Party'. But then the reason Jennifer did not attend is because the party was on the 22nd July and Jennifer's "El Cantante" premiere - which was in Puerto Rico - was the following day.

Yes Jennifer had work commitments, but if that was me, I would have turned up if only for an hour. Jennifer has the luxury of private jets. She could have been back in Puerto Rico that same night.

The second thing that made me wonder if they are still friends was when Victoria snubbed Jennifer's JustSweet fashion show at New York Fashion Week.

Victoria said in an interview that she was heading back to LA on the Tuesday, but she did not leave until the Wednesday. Jennifer's show was on the Tuesday, meaning Victoria could have attended. Apparently Jennifer saw this as a snub, but Victoria being the fashionista that she is I do not think she would have been seen at a teen's fashion collection - which is what Jennifer collection was.

Victoria Beckham Snubs Damon Dash

The New York Daily News reports that when Damon Dash stopped by Victoria Beckham's table at a New York restaurant to chat the other night, Victoria gave him the brush-off. "You could see she didn't want to talk to him," a spy said. "She left shortly after he arrived." Dash had worked with Victoria in 2004 on an album which was never released.

He should not be surprised she gave him the cold shoulder. In a 2004 interview Dash confessed, "Exposure. That's exactly why I did it (work with Victoria). And I knew that she'd get exposure too".

"When everyone knew who I was, then I could tell them about everything else I was doing - and get exposure for all my other companies (his fashion label and movie company)".

David Beckham Talks To ESPN2 As Galaxy Lose The Super Clasico Trophy

Chivas USA won 3-0 over La Galaxy and claimed the season Honda Super Clasico trophy.


Injured David Beckham told ESPN2 in a halftime interview: "I've got a chance of playing before the end of the season, but I don't want to give a time because who knows with injuries".

"The rehab is going really well. I'm working twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. I'm doing everything possible to get myself fit before the end of the season."

Who Wore Hervé Léger Better?

Victoria Beckham Is Back In LA

After her lunch at Nobu, Victoria went to JFK and headed back to LA.

Once in LA she went to meet her family, and they all headed out to dinner at Mastro’s in Beverly Hills.

As usual the UK papers are full of the fact that Victoria did not change when she left Nobu nor when she landed in LA. They even ridiculously mocked that David must have cut her shopping budget. The funny thing is the day before they had reported how she changed 3 times in one day.

She is damned if she does, and damned if she does not. Girlfriend can not win.

Victoria Beckham Wants Her Boys To Keep Their British Accents

The Beckham's have been getting used to the new lingo in the US.

We say rubbish, American's say trash

We say toilet, American's say bathroom

We say pavement, American's say sidewalk...(I could go on forever)

Victoria Beckham has said despite all that, the Beckham's will keep their British ways.

She told press, "I really do not want my boys losing their accents. While I love it here in the States, we are not Americans and I want my boys to keep their British accents and roots. It would be unthinkable for them to lose it".

I think this would be impossible to manage. Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz (especially Cruz) are still very young and the people they will interact with will be American children their own age. Before they know it they will develop American accents. I once lived in New York for 6 months an developed a slight accents on certain words. You just adapt to things around you.

David Beckham Blog Update

Hi,

Hope you’re well.

I have been trying to recuperate after my knee injury, and I’ve just started working out in the gym over the past week, getting treatment, lifting weights and doing some cardio work to keep my fitness levels up. Just taking it slowly and seeing how it goes for the time being. The upside of being stuck on the sidelines is that I’ve been able to spend some extra time with my family, which has been great.

Speaking of sidelines, I watched the Galaxy play on Saturday and was really pleased to see them beat the Colorado Rapids 3-1 - the guys will definitely want to build on that win.

I’m looking forward to watching the team play their next match tomorrow (Thursday). It’s another derby against Chivas USA which I’m sure is going to be a close one.

I was also delighted to see my England team mates put in a great performance against Israel. To win 3-0 and keep a clean sheet stands them in good stead for the next match against Russia, and I’ll certainly be cheering them on from home.

Before I go I’d just like to wish all the very best to the Women’s England squad, who are competing at the World Cup Finals in China. Good luck to you all, I know you’ll do your country proud.

Victoria Beckham Dines Out In Manhattan

As promised here are the gorgeous pictures of Victoria Beckham wearing another Herve Leger creation heading out to dinner at Cipriani restaurant in New York last night.

As I said earlier she is now heading back to LA so she did not attend Jennifer Lopez' JustSweet collection as I predicted she would. I now know it was a teen collection, so no wonder she did not attend that show.

It was a short stay but we have had 3 gorgeous dresses to drool over.


I can't see her going to London Fashion Week this week but I think Paris Fashion Week is a good possibility on 30th September.

David Beckham's Invitation To Play In England Legends Match

David Beckham has been invited by the PFA (Professional Footballers’ Association) to play in a friendly at the City Of Manchester Stadium on December 2nd, between an England Legends XI (for whom he will be playing) and a World XI, with former England coaches Terry Venables and Sven Goran Eriksson in charge of the teams.

PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor said: "We have invited David, who is an ambassador in our centenary year, to play at the City of Manchester Stadium. If he is available we would want him to play for the England Legends team. But it all depends on the commitments his club in America, LA Galaxy, might have at that time."

With the MLS season taking a break in December, he will be available, but I do not think the Galaxy will allow him to play. This game does not fall on a FIFA match date, so he is not obligated to play by FIFA rules. Once fit Galaxy will not want their "cash cow" to play competitively until the MLS season restarts. David will no doubt want to play, but as it is merely an exhibition match I guess his bosses will say no.

Victoria Beckham Watches Marc Jacobs At Fashion Week

WOW.

Doesn't she look AMAZING? Thank god she came and added the missing glamour to New York Fashion Week.

I adore her outfit. Victoria arrived at Marc Jacobs show wearing a Herve Leger dress, and carrying the cutest mini suede Hermes Kelly Pochette, which matched her outfit perfectly.

Marc Jacobs Show was by far the most star studded of Fashion Week. Those in the front row included:

Anna Wintour, Carmen Electra, Courtney Love, Deborah Harry, Elisha Cuthbert, Heath Ledger, Helena Christensen, Kelly Bensimon - who the New York Post posted an article about saying David was eyeing her up at a restaurant. Michael Stipe, Michelle Rodriguez, Michelle Trachtenberg, Mischa Barton, Russell Simmons, Sheryl Crow and Simon Le Bon.

I know the nature of the Herve Leger dress is a "bandage", but is anyone in agreement with me the Victoria's boobs are smaller? I thought so even in the Oscar De La Renta dress, but I was waiting for another dress to confirm. What do you think? If so maybe this would answer the reason why we have had no sightings for a few weeks. Just saying.

Victoria Beckham Watches Oscar De La Renta At Fashion Week

Oscar De La Renta was the first show Victoria Beckham attended at New York Fashion Week.

Others who took in the show were Amanda Peet, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer.


Victoria is wearing a dress from Oscar De LaRenta Fall 2007 collection. Of course our girl is wearing the shorter version with Givenchy heels.

Victoria Beckham Leaves LA For New York Fashion Week

Finally, we have a sighting. Victoria left LA today bound for New York.

She looks fab wearing a Pucci dress, which she wore to Romeo's birthday lunch, Jimmy Choo's and she is carrying her gorgeous hot pink Ostrich Hermes bag.

No confirmation as to which shows she will see.

She left LA trailed by several assistants who carried her Louis Vuitton luggage, blocked photographers, and escorted her through security.

Sounds like she packed plenty. Let the Victoria Beckham fashion show commence.

David Beckham Will Train With Arsenal At The End Of MLS Season

As predicted David Beckham will join a European club to train with during the close of the MLS season.

I must stress that David will NOT be playing for a Premier League club on loan.

Talks have already taken place with Arsenal whose training ground is near David's Hertfordshire home. David has already trained at Arsenal's training ground several times as it is the same training ground the England team use.

I was hoping that Arsenal's manager Arsene Wenger (above) would have been trying to talk David into coming back to play for my team when they met at Arsenal's training ground in August prior to the England v. Germany game. I will have to settle for just training.

Scott E you will be please to know that under the terms of his contract with the Galaxy, there are no provisions that allow him to join another club on loan.

So Is Victoria Beckham Going To New York Fashion Week?

Roland Mouret was taken to hospital the same day Victoria announced on her blog that she was going to New York Fashion Week.

What does this have to do with Victoria you ask?

Well Victoria is the brand ambassador of RM designed by Roland Mouret, the creator of the gorgeous pink dress she wore when David was introduced to the LA Galaxy. If he can't go maybe she will now not go. I only speculate because surely Victoria should have been there by now.

Cavalli opened his new store in New York, Victoria was not there.

Last year she went to Proenza Schouler's show. This year's show happened show on Friday, Victoria was not there.

Last year she also went to Marc Jacob's show. He is not showing until Monday so let's keep our fingers crossed for then.

The other exciting possibility is Jennifer Lopez' JustSweet Collection which takes place on Tuesday. Let's also keep our fingers crossed she turns up at that show.

In Bed With The Beckham's

Victoria and David Beckham recently spoke about their new perfumes.

In an interview Victoria said;

"We created them when we were living in Spain".

"I would go to the factory in Barcelona and work with the perfumiers, and I would draw bottle and packaging ideas to show David".

"And he loved it because he got all these little sample bottles," she said.

"I did," David replied.

Victoria goes on to say that her grandmother inspired the white flower "base" of her perfume.

Intimately Beckham Night was shot by notoriously saucy snapper Terry Richardson.


So what's behind this new, sexier image?

David explains: "Obviously not many people see this side of us and I think that's what's great about having a fragrance like this".

"That box, the bottles – it's a way of us showing our dark side," he says.

David then goes onto say that since his contract with Gillette ended he relishes not having to shave every day.



I was not a fan of the ad for the perfume, but the other pictures are hot. despite David's eye make-up.

David Updates His Blog

Last week was an incredibly frustrating one as far as football goes. To get back to fitness and then get injured again so quickly is very disappointing, but I’ll be doing everything I can to get back playing as soon as possible. I’ve started the rehabilitation process and I’m working hard to get back on the pitch again.

Of course, I’m disappointed that I won’t be joining up with the England squad, but I wish the lads all the best for the qualifiers.

There’s definitely enough quality to get the right results against Israel and Russia, and although I’m the first to admit I’m not the best armchair fan I’ll be cheering on the lads from home.

Anyway, that’s all for now. I’ll keep you posted on how things go with my recovery.

Copy Cat Strikes Again

Chanelle Hayes continues to show that she does not have a personality by copying one of Victoria's outfits AGAIN...right down to the shoes.

Victoria Beckham Joins A Gym

After vowing for years that she would never join a gym, Victoria Beckham has finally acknowledged that with the grueling tour coming up she will have to be in top shape to meet the physical demands of the tour.

She has joined the £1000 a month 'LA's Sports Club'. The gym offers a state of the art simulated skiing machine complete with a revolving artificial slope.

She has signed up for a course of candlelit stretching classes, performed to the strains of a string quartet playing in the background. How relaxing.

Apparently Posh was kicked into action by Spice Girl Geri Halliwell who has been working hard to regain her washboard stomach.

Posh has admitted in the past that she does not body. Last year she told Australian Harper's Baazar magazine that after that having three children, and then losing so much weight afterwards she was has left a rather unsightly stomach. "I've got so much saggy skin on my stomach." She continued, "I have no bum at all. I might fit into jeans but, trust me, I look really awful naked."

She told the Daily Mirror recently: "I really don’t like the gym, in fact I can’t stand it."

"Maybe it’s the whole getting sweaty thing, but it’s just not me. I tried cycling in Spain but maybe my bum’s too small as it just wasn’t comfortable."

"I want to get fit, though, so I’m exploring some different options. I like what I’ve heard about Pilates - just sitting in a room, stretching and breathing. Sounds much more civilised."

I totally agree with her. I hate the gym and you would never catch me on a running machine or treadmill. I only go for the yoga and pilates classes, like Posh said, much more civilised. I did not know we were so much alike.

Beckham Will Not Be Loaned

There has been much speculation as to what David Beckham will do during the end of the Galaxy season in November.

A lot of journalists have been reporting that David will be loaned to a UK, Spanish or Italian side, in order to keep up his fitness in the lead up to Euro 2008 (should England qualify).

LA Galaxy have come out and said that they will block any move for David Beckham to return to Europe on loan.

Galaxy president Alexi Lalas said: "We wouldn't consider it. He has been playing at a very high-pressured level for a long time and he needs to get healthy."

Oh NOW they care about his health a classic case of 'closing the door after the horse has bolted'.

Personally I don't see it as such a bad thing, but I don't see it happening, dude needs a long rest.

David Beckham Watches Galaxy Lose AGAIN

David Beckham watched LA Galaxy lose 2-1 against Real Salt Lake, as he sat in his luxury box with his sons, Romeo and Brooklyn yesterday on Romeo's birthday.



Earlier in the day David and Victoria Beckham took the kids out for Romeo's birthday lunch at the friendly family eatery 'The Cheesecake Factory' in Beverly Hills.

The birthday boy was dressed for the occasion looking very smart wearing a suit jacket. David carried baby Cruz out of the restaurant and made sure all the kids were belted up in the back of the car before they drove off in his Navigator.

David Takes His Sons Surfing

David took his sons Romeo and Brooklyn surfing yesterday, but before any of you become annoyed at this, David did not surf.

LA Galaxy have followed Real Madrid’s lead in banning their "multi-million dollar" asset from the dangerous sport.

David Beckham was banned from surfing by Real Madrid after taking lessons in Morocco two years ago.

Football players are restricted from doing many things, skiing, race car driving and anything else deemed as dangerous.

Looks like Romeo is having fun though.
